This multi-disciplinary programme sets out to create a paradigm shift in manufacturing by developing the technologies and strategic approaches required for the production of highly-integrated, cost-effective and reliable multi-functional 3D miniaturised/integrated devices. Effort is being applied not only to individual manufacturing processes, but also to the end-to-end design, assembly, packaging and testing of complete systems.
